Anthony R. Clark

Mr. Clark graduated from the University of Akron with a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in corporate finance.  

 

Mr. Clark's law practice centers around artists, musicians, small businesses, and startups.  

 

Along with his law practice, Mr. Clark in the Vice President, a board member, and a founding member of the Fifth Street Brewpub.  Mr. Clark developed the business entity, drafted the bylaws, drafted membership loan agreements, and helped raise over $500,000 in startup capital.  

 

In addition, Mr. Clark was the Vice President of the Transportation, Safety, and Compliance Group (TSC).  TSC was a software development company that provided innovative software coupled with everyday hardware to doctors and health care providers.  TSC's software provided an efficient and effective way to administer the required health exams for truck drivers who carried a federal commercial driver's license.
